Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please see our return policy for more details.

Return and Refund Policy

At Noongar Nation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we’re here to help!

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Some items, such as custom-made products, perishable goods, and clearance items, may be non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at noongarnationsales@outlook.com.

Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.

How to Start a Return

Package the item securely and include proof of purchase.

We will send you our P.O. Box address once we receive proof of purchase.
